About the Author
Peter W. Szabo is one of the world’s leading user experience consultants. He is a frequent conference speaker and user centricity evangelist. His UX blog, the Kaizen-UX.com gained its popularity for its UX management articles, and novel user experience approach. He used to be a senior manager leading the UX team at the world’s biggest online gambling corporation Amaya Inc. (known for brands such as PokerStars, BetStars or FullTilt).
