Dr Francisco Bulnes is Full Professor of Electronics Engineering at Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Chalco (TESCHA), Mexico. He is a mathematician of international repute, and has pioneered such areas as the mathematical theory of nanotechnology, the theory of curvature energy and the metrology of the curvature and torsion of a space. Dr Bulnes has received many international awards and recognitions, and his biography has been published by more than 20 countries.
