Accordingly, engineers and many other people should be trained on AI tools and techniques to introduce innovative solutions for the smart world. In addition, integration of many new technologies with AI will be made possible. AI with IoT, smart cities, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), wireless sensor networks, software-defined networks, network management, vehicular ad hoc networks, flying ad hoc networks, wireless communication technologies, ML, reinforcement learning, federated learning and other mechanisms will introduce new technological products.
About the Author
Dr. Inam Ullah Khan is the Founder of AIEYS. He was visiting researcher at king’s College London, Uk. Also, he was faculty member at different universities in Pakistan which include Center for Emerging Sciences Engineering & Technology (CESET), Islamabad, Abdul Wali Khan University, Garden Campus, Timergara Campus, University of Swat & Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST), Islamabad Campus. He did Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from Department of Electronic Engineering, Isra University, Islamabad Campus, School of Engineering & Applied Sciences (SEAS). Also, he did his M.S. degree in Electronic Engineering at Department of Electronic Engineering, Isra University, Islamabad Campus, School of Engineering & Applied Sciences (SEAS). He had done undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Computer Science from Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, Pakistan. Apart from that his Master’s thesis is published as a book on topic “Route Optimization with Ant Colony Optimization (ACO)” in Germany which is available on Amazon. More interestingly, he use to teach subjects like Computer Network Security, Artificial Intelligence, Evolutionary Computing, Professional Practice, Software Engineering, Data Communication & Networks, Data Base, Cyber Security, Visual Programming, Computer Organization & Assembly Language and introduction to programming. He authored/coauthored more than 30 research articles in reputable journals, conferences and book chapters. More interestingly he recently introduced a novel routing protocol E-ANTHOCNET in the area of flying ad hoc networks. His research interest includes Network System Security, Intrusion Detection, Intrusion Prevention, cryptography, Optimisation techniques, WSN, IoT, Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANETS), Flying Ad Hoc Networks, and Machine Learning. He has served international conferences as Technical program committee member which include, EAI International Conference on Future Intelligent Vehicular Technologies, Islamabad, Pakistan and 2nd International Conference on Future Networks and Distributed Systems, Amman, Jordan, June 26–27, 2018, International Workshop on Computational Intelligence and Cybersecurity in Emergent Networks (CICEN’21) that will be held in conjunction with the 12th International Conference on Ambient Systems, Networks and Technologies (EUSPN2021) which is co-organized in November 1–4, 2021, Leuven, Belgium. Also, he was technical program committee member at international workshop on intelligent systems for sustainable smart cities, New Delhi, India, February 19–20, 2022. In addition, he served as Editor in about 12 Books on Various topics. Currently, he served as special session chair at International Conference on Advances in Communication Technology and Computer Engineering ICACTCE’22 on topic: Fusion of Emerging Technologies: Communication Networks & Future Applications. Also, he is Guest Editor with many International Journals. Apart from that he is General Chair at International Conference on Trends and Innovations in Smart Technologies (ICTIST’22), virtually from London, United Kingdom. At the moment he is General Chair at 2nd International Conference on Trends and Innovations in Smart Technologies (ICTIST’24). More interestingly, he was invited as technology expert many times on Pakistan National Television.
Dr. Hamed Taherdoost is an award-winning leader and research and development professional. He is the Founder of Hamta Group | Hamta Business Solution and Associate Professor & Chair of Research and Scholarly Activities Committee at University Canada West. He has over 20 years of experience in both industry and academic sectors. He has worked at international companies from Cyprus, the UK, Malta, Iran, Malaysia, and Canada and has been highly involved in development of several projects in different industries, healthcare, transportation, residential, oil and gas and IT. Apart from his experience in industry, he also has some achievements in academia. He has been a university lecturer in three different parts of the world, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America. His academic experience started from 2009, as a lecturer in AU and PNU and currently is an Adjunct Professor at Westcliff University, Irvine, USA. Beside on lectureship positions, he was a researcher at IAU for over 8 years. Most recently, he was Team Leader and R&D Manager of Research Club and Hamta Academy, Malaysia, Mentor at Publons Academy, Mentor at Vancouver Island University CETP program, and is Advisory Board of Cambridge Scholars Publishing, UK, and Scientific Board of NASS, Singapore, Senior Technical Consultant at Innotek Consulting Ltd, Quark Minded Technology Inc, CI Solutions Ltd and the Mentor at Futurpreneur Canada. He has continued his path in teaching concentrating on research and development for over 13 years teaching to undergraduate students, postgraduates, and executive staff in different countries. He has also developed many R&D teams in different businesses inspiring project team members from various educational backgrounds to play effective roles in R&D teams. He has developed his customized approaches in teaching research methodology and shared his viewpoints in research methods area in more than 30 open-access publications over years. Besides, he has organized and chaired numerous workshops, conferences, and conference sessions respectively, and has delivered speeches as chief guest and keynote speaker. Moreover, he is the editorial, reviewer, and advisory board member of some authentic peer-reviewed journals publishing with Taylor & Francis, Springer, Emerald, Elsevier, MDPI, EAI, & IGI Publishing, and Inderscience. Hamed has been an active multidisciplinary researcher and R&D specialist involved in several academic and industrial research projects. He has been working with researchers from various disciplines and has been actively engaged in different research studies. He is senior member of IEEE, IAEEEE, IASED, IEDRC & HKSRA, Fellow Member of ISAC, WGM of IFIP TC11 – Assurance and Information Security Management, and member of CSIAC, ACT-IAC, and AASHE. Currently, he is involved in several multidisciplinary research projects, including studying innovation in information technology, blockchain and cybersecurity, and technology acceptance.
Dr. Mitra Madanchian is a distinguished professional in the field of business management, marketing, and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Hamta Business Corporation and a Sessional Faculty member at University Canada West, she combines her extensive industry experience with a passion for research and development. With over a decade of experience, Mitra has honed her expertise through engagements with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as one of the world’s leading professional services firms, KPMG. Her multifaceted career has seen her contribute as a researcher and business development practitioner across diverse industries, including IT, International Trade, Finance, and Education. Mitra’s contributions extend beyond practical industry experience. She is a prolific researcher with a solid academic foundation, specializing in areas such as Business Management, Leadership, FinTech, and IT Management. Her scientific insights and perspectives have found publication in esteemed outlets such as Elsevier, IGI Global, and MDPI. Dr. Mariya Ouaissa is currently a Professor in Cybersecurity and Networks at Faculty of Sciences Semlalia, Cadi Ayyad University, Marrakech, Morocco. She is a Ph.D. graduated in 2019 in Computer Science and Networks, at the Laboratory of Modelisation of Mathematics and Computer Science from ENSAM-Moulay Ismail University, Meknes, Morocco. She is a Networks and Telecoms Engineer, graduated in 2013 from National School of Applied Sciences Khouribga, Morocco. She is a Co-Founder and IT Consultant at IT Support and Consulting Center. She was working for School of Technology of Meknes Morocco as a Visiting Professor from 2013 to 2021. She is member of the International Association of Engineers and International Association of Online Engineering, and since 2021, she is an “ACM Professional Member”. She is Expert Reviewer with Academic Exchange Information Centre (AEIC) and Brand Ambassador with Bentham Science. She has served and continues to serve on technical program and organizer committees of several conferences and events and has organized many Symposiums/Workshops/Conferences as a General Chair also as a reviewer of numerous international journals. Dr. Ouaissa has made contributions in the fields of information security and privacy, Internet of Things security, and wireless and constrained networks security. Her main research topics are IoT, M2M, D2D, WSN, Cellular Networks, and Vehicular Networks. She has published over 40 papers (book chapters, international journals, and conferences/workshops), 12 edited books, and 8 special issue as guest editor.
Dr. Salma El Hajjami is an Assistant Professor and Researcher at Faculty of science, Ibn Zohr University, Agadir, Morocco since 2021. She is a Ph.D, graduated in 2021 in Computer Science, at the Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Emerging Systems from ENSA, Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah University, Fez, Morocco. She is a Computer Science Engineer, graduated in 2015 from National School of Applied Sciences Fez, Morocco. She has previous expertise acting in Ministry of interior Morocco as Research and Development Engineer from 2017 to 2021. She is member of International Association of Engineers (IAENG) and International Association of Online Engineering. Dr. Salma has made contributions in the fields of Social Big Data, Semantics Analytics, Anomaly Detection, and Imbalanced Big Data published at international conferences and journals. Her main research topics are Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Imbalanced Big Data, Data Science and Blockchain. She has served and continues to serve on technical program and organizer committees of several conferences also as a reviewer of numerous international journals.
Dr. Hameedur Rahman received the BS & MS degree in software engineering with multimedia from the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Malaysia and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Information Science and Technology, University of Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi, Malaysia. He has 10-years of Industrial experience in multinational companies. He is currently an Associate Professor at AIR University and senior Research Member with the Center for Artificial Intelligence Technology and Head of dept. of Computer Games Development. He received some international awards including the Itex Bronze Medal of Innovation, Malaysia and the Winner of NASA Space App and Virtual Reality Arena. His research interests include the area of augmented reality, virtual reality, imagine processing, cryptography, Natural Language Processing, Data Mining, mobile technology, artificial intelligent, automation, and medical radiological technology.
